you are the song

resounding in my head.

every melody of you

feeds my soul,

and the sound that you make

keeps my heart from beating.

the truth in your eyes

is a song of sincerity.

and the sound of your voice

resembles the sweet violin.

i savor each note of you,

and i shall dance at your music.

and the movement of your mellow legato

makes me whole as a being.

i pray it'll last.

i hope it'll never end.

but if your hymn must end,

i say to you,

come play it again.
